Cancellation policy

A cancellation up to 10 days prior to arrival is free of charge, a cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival will becharged with 50% of the total price and when cancellation a booking less than 3 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total price will be charged.

If however the room can be rented out to a third person, no cancellation fee will be charged.

During Oktoberfest or large trade fairs the cancellation policy is subject to change.
